Allah Is Known Through Reason – HARUN YAHYA

How do we know the existence of Allah?

How is it possible to think that the balance in the world came about by coincidence when the extraordinary harmony of nature is observ

able even with the naked eye? It is the most unreasonable claim to say that the universe, each point of which suggests the existence of its Creator, has come into being on its own.

Therefore, there should be an owner of the balance visible everywhere from our body to the farthest corners of the inconceivably vast universe. So, who is this Creator that ordained everything so subtly and created all?

He cannot be any material being present within the universe, because He must be a will that existed before the universe and created the universe thereupon. The Almighty Creator in Whom everything finds existence, yet Whose existence is without any beginning or end.

Religion teaches us the identity of our Creator whose existence we discover with our reason. Through what He has revealed to us as religion, we know that He is Allah, the Compassionate and the Merciful, Who created the heavens and the earth from nothing.

This book is a summons to think about the universe and the living things Allah has created and to see the perfection in their creation.

Dare to wear T-Shirts saying ‘Born to be Rasta’

The Rastafari movement is a monotheistic, new religious movement that arose in a Christian culture in Jamaica in the 1930s. Its adherents, who worship Haile Selassie I of Ethiopia, former Emperor of Ethiopia (1930–1936 and 1941–1974), as God incarnate, the Second Advent, are known as Rastafarians, or Rastas. The movement is sometimes referred to as “Rastafarianism”, but this term is considered derogatory and offensive by some Rastas, who dislike being labelled as an “ism”.

Rastafari is not a highly organized religion; it is a movement and an ideology. Many Rastas say that it is not a “religion” at all, but a “Way of Life”. Most Rastas do not claim any sect or denomination, and thus encourage one another to find faith and inspiration within themselves, although some do identify strongly with one of the “mansions of Rastafari” — the three most prominent of these being the Nyahbinghi, the Bobo Ashanti and the Twelve Tribes of Israel.

The name Rastafari is taken from Ras Tafari, the pre-regnal title of Haile Selassie I, composed of Amharic Ras (literally “Head,” an Ethiopian title equivalent to Duke), and Haile Selassie’s pre-regnal given name, Tafari. Rastafari are generally distinguished for asserting the doctrine that Haile Selassie I, the former, and final, Emperor of Ethiopia, is another incarnation of the Christian God, called Jah.They see Haile Selassie I as Jah or Jah Rastafari, who is the second coming of Jesus Christ onto the Earth.

Scheme of Work

A scheme of work is a plan that defines work to be done in the classroom. Involving learners in defining a scheme of work, whether for a short project or a long course, is an important step towards motivation and involvement.

  • Example

Before starting a project, a group works on defining a scheme of work for it.

In the classroom
Questions to ask learners for a scheme of work include:
What are your aims?
What do you want to produce?
Who is going to do what?
What resources do you need?
How long is it going to take?

Some of these files are in PDF format, u must install a PDF reader.

Teachers Resources

Teacher teach children to read, write, do math, and much more. They use games, videos, computers, and other tools to teach children different subjects.

Teachers show students skills. They also explain information. Teachers plan their lessons before they teach, which can take a lot of time.

Teachers try to make their lessons easy to understand. They teach things in different ways so that different students can learn in the way that is easiest for them. Teachers might use a chalkboard, a projector, or a computer. They make posters or worksheets before class starts. Teachers plan the schedule for the day. Most teachers have to teach what the principal tells them.

Teachers also assign homework and class projects. They often have students work together to do projects. When students are not doing as well as they should, teachers help them.

After class, teachers grade papers and projects. They also create tests. They write students’ report cards. And they meet with parents to try to help their children do better in school. Teachers sometimes go to workshops to learn how to teach better. Some teachers also help with sports or other after-school activities.

Most kindergarten and elementary school teachers teach several subjects to one class. In some schools, two or more teachers work as a team. Other teachers teach one special subject, such as art, music, reading, or gym.

Most middle school and high school teachers focus on one subject. They might teach English, science, or history, for example. Some teach students how to do a job. High school teachers spend more time explaining a subject and less time with activities like games.

Teachers like to see children learn. But sometimes teaching lots of students can be stressful. Teachers also have to deal with children who misbehave.

I have been a teacher for over an year, in Maldives. But in here resources are inadequate , I surfed internet for Maldivian Teacher’s resources but hardly found it. Sometimes spent overnight preparing lesson plans, worksheets, exam papers, scheme of works. Then I came up with this idea, and now here it is as an ongoing project.

Google sues US government, says bid terms favor Microsoft

WASHINGTON, Nov 2, 2010 (AFP) – Google has filed suit against the US government claiming the terms for a large Department of the Interior contract favor rival Microsoft.

The lawsuit was filed by Google and Onix Networking Corp., a reseller of Google products, in the US Court of Federal Claims on Friday.

Google argues that the terms of the bid for an email, calendar and document collaboration system for some 88,000 Interior Department employees implicitly rule out a Google product and favor one from software giant Microsoft.
